my daughter wears a size 2.5 youth size sneakers and this boot was a perfect fit. air pump allows for a nice tight fit. a very similar boot, without the air pump was sold in medical supply store here in Honolulu, Newton for $ 500!!! $ 500! 1.5 10/25/13 after weeks of use, the sole rubber on the front (toe side) started to pull the hard plastic. I used Shoe Goo to glue it back together. 10/30/13 update the follow manufacturer posted
